The lady who performed my microdermabrasion was lovely, she made me feel so at ease, as it was my first time. She was very professional throughout, and incredibly thorough. I left after the full 60 minutes feeling relaxed, and my skin felt so fresh; I'll definitely be getting this treatment again!
The only downsides were that when I first walked in, the receptionist didn't seem to think I had an appointment until I told her that I booked through Treatwell. About 15 minutes before my treatment ended, I could hear the staff outside the room face timing someone on speaker phone, which took me out of 'the zone' and distracted me from my session.
I've rated this four stars out of five because the treatment itself was fantastic, and the therapist who did it was wonderful too!

The salon isn't very relaxing - the lighting is very harsh and there aren't proper walls between the massage room and the main room so you can hear noise & music from outside. The massage table doesn't have a hole for your face so they put a pillow on it, which I think was clean but it seemed quite old & worn. The rest of the decor was also quite worn & harsh colours, which wasn't very relaxing. The massage itself was fine, the people running the salon seemed nice, but I wouldn't go back there for a massage because it wasn't a very relaxing atmosphere, and it wasn't good value, even with the discount.
