Had to wait 25 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I wasn't offered any refreshments, whilst someone who arrived after me was given a coffee straight away. Halfway through washing my hair the lady took a cigarette break. The haircut was ok but didn't really follow what I asked for. Instead of a wavy blow dry my hair was curled into ringlets with straighteners. Disappointing service.
