I was greeted very warmly by one of the hair dressers but informed I would have to wait about 10mins before being seen to. My waxer introduced herself, Tela. She was absolutely lovely and calming especially as it had been over a year since my last full hollywood wax. She did a great job and went above and beyond, trying to get some of my stubborn hairs out.
