My nail technician was nice, but all in all it was a terrible experience. I can do my own gel nails but I occasionally treat myself to spending the money on it and I wish I could get this £66 back. the manager was quite rude when she met me, but it may have just been her sense of humour.
My technician didn't soak my hands at all, so when she was then ramming my cuticles down with the utensil, 4 of my fingers bled. She also didn't get me to wash my hands after filing so I've got dust under the polish. I like the shape, that is all.
Pedicure was also terrible, and the chair was a massage chair that was obviously broken because instead it was frozen in a position where the two balls were sticking right into my shoulder blades so I couldn't lean back. I was so happy to leave!

The ladies are super friendly and welcoming, however my wax was not a great experience. The beautician was 20 mins late for the appointment, the treatment room had poor cleanliness, and the treatment seemed rushed and careless - my skin was swollen and burned following the wax. I would not return or recommend.

Wax felt very rushed. Not all underarm hairs removed and had to go home and shave! Due to rushed technique, wax caused dermatitis to my underarms. Good if you want a cheap and quick wax, but if you want something of higher quality I would suggest going elsewhere.
