Just had a hollywood waxing done which was meant to be hot wax but the lady used strip wax and barely used the hot wax. I’ve had other hollywood waxes here and they were great! But this experience was terrible. It was more painful than usual because of the strip wax and when I said I wanted hot wax she proceeded to tell me that the strip wax was the hot wax. She also told me she couldn’t get rid of all the hairs because they were too short but if she had used the hot wax I know she would have gotten rid of it because I had it done before already. So annoyed about the whole thing because I already waited 30 mins for my appointment just to get disappointing results. Now i’m in pain and still hairy.

Tala is excellent at waxing and so friendly, she really makes her customers feel at ease and relaxed, I definitely recommend her for someone who gets nervous about waxing because I wouldn't go to anyone else now!

It’s very much what you pay for. Staff are pleasant but the room isn’t clean and it’s not very private.

Not very relaxing and you could hear people in the saloon, lights were not dimmed and massage room was too cluttered but masseuse did a good job

The most disconcerting thing was that the frontage on the shop was covered in one way covering so from outside you couldn't see in. I really wanted to see what it was like without going in and I couldn't. Also I was charged for a blow dry when I wasn't asked if I wanted one. Although the owner was friendly, she seemed to be the only qualified hairdresser on the premises and only one sink for washing hair. I was upsold a treatment which wasn't appealing, and when I looked online, I saw the treatment should have cost half the price I was charged. I would avoid.
