Nice staff, good price...but...
- You could be heard and hear people around.
- Beautician spoke to her colleagues over the wall (plaster board)
- No towel to cover my modesty before my beautician entered
- Small room. The bed faces the door. As soon as it opens, you are exposed.
- Not a smooth wax. She repeated areas. after 2 attempts, my skin starts to get raw and irritated.
- after finishing i was getting dressed with her in the room. She should have left.

The staff are lovely and very chatty. My pedicure and manicure were done with care. I think my cuticles were cut a little bit too much as a few started to bleed which the lovely therapist apologised for. There weren't that many colour choices and many of the polishes were a different colour to the bottle but the ones I chose were fine. The ambience could be improved with the interior being re-done and perhaps something to mask the slight smell of cigarette smoke that would sometimes waft through the salon.

A very quick, thorough treatment. I was a bit unsure what to do when sent into the treatment room (towels to cover myself were a little hidden), but no actual issues!
