Salon was super busy and I had to wait an hour after my appointment Time to be seen. The therapist was talking over the wall to the other one when I was in the room with her which I felt uncomfortable about as it wasn’t in English. I also left with a few burn marks on my legs

I was asked about my treatment in front of other customers.
I was not offered a consultation considering this is a Lazer treatment. The therapist couldn't understand English and, didn't tell me what she was doing and what would happen during the treatment, wasn't offered a towel considering I was half naked, ambiance was horrible. I would avoid at all costs!
