awful. had to wait over an hour for my appointment even though I pre-booked. waxing took much much longer than other salons I've been to. the therapist burnt me several times, with too hot wax and also by going over the same areas multiple times which you definitely aren't meant to do . she also missed loads of hairs.

Cher’s salon is such great value for money and I really wouldn’t go anywhere else. So friendly. Cher herself is amazing and there is always such a relaxed atmosphere in the salon. I’ve always had a cut and blow dry - they never take too much off as I like to have long hair, and I really trust their recommendations. Today I had highlights too which I was very nervous about as I have had natural hair for over ten years - but it looks amazing and natural. 10/10 as always!

It was a bit of a wait in the beginning, but the lady that helped me was absolutely lovely and helped me feel comfortable throughout the waxing. She talked we through where to hold, breathe & where she was going to clean next.
I've been going to this place for a year & even after moving from the area I come back every month.
