The room and bed weren't very clean and the therapist didn't really know how to use the hot wax, in fact, ended up using stripes as well and didn't remove all the hair properly.

That place miss so much of hygien, safety and professionalism.
Didn’t sanitise or wash her hands before to start the treatment. Doesn’t put base coat to protect my nails from the nail polish and she said “it doesn’t matter”. Put my hand nails under a dirty drier machine. My treatment was finish 40 minutes before.
they’ve got a “botox room” always open to everybody (you can clearly see inside and at the end she put her injection/needle inside of a glove and put in a shopping bag...
