Had a Hollywood hot wax and the job was basically half done, didn’t realise until I got home and I had to by some wax strips to finish off the job! No point in going really if that’s what you have to do!

I was greeted with a friendly welcome when I arrived. The treatment room had great low mood lighting and relaxing music playing. The steam was a bit too close to my face at times and the beautician was a bit too hard on my nose, was very sore after and is a bit scabbed over.

I've been a regular & this wax session was just bad! Wax was left on me after the session and this new girl's technique was simply painful.
I hope they improve because I've had great appointments until now.
