Disappointing. This was a birthday present for my mum who had travelled from the Highlands. Unfortunately her taxi driver could not find the salon which made her 10 minutes late. I appreciate that this would have had a knock on effect, and as a result she was told that her appointment would be cut by 10 minutes with less lashes applied, however she was out of the salon in under an hour for what is described as a 1 hour 40 minute treatment. Such a shame as what was meant to be a special treat resulted in a disappointing experience.

Love getting my eyebrows done here! Although my appointment is usually late which is not so good when you are in a rush, but just make sure you go when you have plenty of time. Other from that, staff are friendly and the services are great.
