A slightly average experience.
Cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding. Hygiene was not what I would expect (it felt like some of the equipment had not been cleaned). My nail technician was nice though.

Han was fabulous! We stated on the dot, she was truly professional and kind and she did magic with my nails ❤️ The salon is adorably cute and clean and there are plenty of colours choice! Will be definitely going back and THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My booking was CANCELLED just over an hour before my appointment! I asked if it could be rescheduled to which I was told someone would come back to me to confirm. I had to chase the salon multiple times to then be told that they can no longer honour the booking. The salon said they called Treatwell to tell them to refund me but I still have not heard anything from Treatwell. I’m yet to receive a refund for the treatment! Absolutely disgusting service.. avoid avoid avoid!!!
