My booking was CANCELLED just over an hour before my appointment! I asked if it could be rescheduled to which I was told someone would come back to me to confirm. I had to chase the salon multiple times to then be told that they can no longer honour the booking. The salon said they called Treatwell to tell them to refund me but I still have not heard anything from Treatwell. I’m yet to receive a refund for the treatment! Absolutely disgusting service.. avoid avoid avoid!!!

The manicure was done in 15 minutes, my nails were different shapes; it was an extremely rushed job. Not worth the money, quite disappointing.
