I arrived on time for my appointment & confirmed my appointment time, After being ignored for 15min I asked if anyone else was working - only two staff present. When I questioned how long it would be, another lady at the nail bar said she was still waiting 40 mins for her appointment. I asked again how long it would be, and both staff ignored me until I asked the third time, and the man responded with ‘can you return’ I said I woudl never return and left. A waste of my time!
