I didn’t have any treatment. I booked for 9:30am - first time I intended to go to this nail bar. Turned out when I arrived that they don’t actually open until 10am - why do you allow people to book for 9:30 if you’re not open yet?!
Also, no step-free access which was not clear upfront.
After they opened they called me and asked me to come but I had other commitments which meant that I could not go later than 9:30am…
At least they had the decency to not charge me.
