Kirsty is quick and neat and so experienced that the extensions are always perfectly aligned and in the right place to add thickness where I need it.
It is a long time to sit in the stylists chair; Kirsty makes it relaxing but also a good level of fun and interesting talks so the time goes quickly... there is always coffee on hand at Chelsea Lauren Salon and everyone there is included and feels part of the community.

Everyone at the salon always makes you feel welcome and Sasha is incredibly attentive and cheerful all the time!
She is very knowledgeable and always checks in with you about what is going to happen as well was offers suggestions. You never feel your appointment is rushed. You feel you are looked after from the time you enter the door to the time you leave....feeling amazing!
