Sasha was great, friendly and welcoming and she answered all the questions I had and gave advice. She asked me how I was getting on with the colour we had decided on and ensured I was happy to go ahead with it again. Very happy with my treatment and very happy with the results.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Such wonderful, friendly stylists and totally professional. My Mother had a lovely experience having Charlotte cutting her hair and styling it. She has already booked her next appointment. Salon is a delight! So pretty and incredibly clean!

My first time at Chelsea Lauren Salon could not have gone any better! I was greeted by the lovely Charlotte, who was consistently so friendly and knowledgeable throughout the appointment.
