The person who did my treatment was very polite and nice. But the staff was clearly very busy each trying to look after a few customers at the same time. It means the timing isn’t as rigorous. I did have other commitments afterwards so not sticking to timing was a bit tricky. Will definitely go back but instead of the 1.25hr appointment, I’ll leave 2+ hr.

It’s very disappointing this time! The price on Treatwell is something and when you finish the service the price is different !
I only had a refill, didn’t change the color and only a little bit of gel has been used and yet they increased the price. They did that a couple of times before but I used to pay the difference... that is totally unprofessional...

Although the salon is lovely and the staff were friendly the quality of the work was disappointing. All of the edges of my nails were not covered properly during my shellac so it already looks like it’s chipped. They don’t include a hand massage for the treatment. The lady kept answering the phone so the whole treatment took a really long time. Not what I would expect from west London salon at all.
