Very disappointing as the whole process only took 15 minutes which is incredibly short for the price. I can’t help but feel corners were cut in waiting for the shellac to set. Although the finish is nice it felt very rushed and hopefully will last longer than a few days since it only took 10 mins to apply and set. Previous shellac I’ve had has taken 25 mins minimum. Quite dissatisfied.

My eyelash extensions were satisfactory, however the beautician made a mistake on the left side where there was a noticeable gap between lashes as lashes clump apart. I pointed this out at the time and the beautician just brushed them together and convinced me they were fine. But actually she did make a mistake and the gap is noticeable, and brushing doesnt fix it as the glue has now dried. Also I don’t live in London so cant get it corrected either. Compared to other salons, I think the lashes used aren’t of such a high quality as they don’t look as natural as classics should and the glue is very potent and you can feel it going into your eyes and smell it... which I didn’t experience when I got my lashes done in a different salon.
