facial was really nice but I had booked 60 mins with a voucher and got a 40 min treatment. I was told she even gave me 10 extra minutes, which means I only got 30 mins even though I had booked 60. price was really discounted, so I didn't make a fuss.

This massage was terrible, first of all the therapist was 10 minutes late, hadn’t made up the bed and the room wasn’t clean. Then she picked up a phone call during the massage and continued to keep her phone on loud whilst texts came through. Then the message itself was terrible - I don’t think this therapist has ever been trained in massage. Really disappointing and £70 wasted, I left after 15 minutes.

Loved my eyebrow shape!! Eyelash tint was a bit weird, in this huge dark room, no one else in the whole clinic, and then tint went on, I can’t see, therapist left the room without saying anything, and I lay for ten minutes wondering if I would be murdered here 🥴😆 apart from that, excellent eyelashes and eyebrows
