My appointment firstly (with the lady owner) was put bit forward,than cancelled, because the hifu machine was faulty.Resheduled for the later hour appointment was misscomunicated ,so at the end has been set for next day. This time my therapist was youg girl,propably not very expierienced .The treatment was uncomfortable,chaotic and in rush.My skin was burned few times,but she does not bother my complaints and just carry on.At the end she roughly clean my face with wet wipe,no tonner or cream.Disappointed

The salon is a narrow single room beside a bus stop, and the massage area is screened off at the back of the salon by a suspended blind. Discreet enough but those waiting for a bus can see your legs as you disrobe.
The massage itself was quite soft. Professional enough but lacked any therapeutic element. Nevertheless, it was relaxing enough to help me

Absolutely disappointed. I had my skin damaged during the procedure and I ve got very little to none management support or care responsibilities.
The machines had technical issues almost of the time. My two sessions were done with two settings or with one setting instead of three. I have two treatments to go but I would prefer to get the refund as there is not management communication. Never replied since the incident.
I have some some Laser session left but I won't do it.

The room was adjacent to what I presume to be an office. There was a man talking business very loudly. This detracted from the relaxation.
Booking is also really hard work. You have to play SMS ping pong with someone, just to establish availability
