I done 6 sessions of laser removal, every session there was a different person doing the treatment in different way. Moreover, I can't see any difference so I don't think the laser works.

Ferdawes was friendly, polite and professional. However I was disappointed that it was less than and hour and we were interrupted by a passing customer- Which did cut into my appointment. Also baby Oil was used to massage me, which left me greasy afterwards, especially in the heat. I would expect massage oil to be used and was actually horrified to see that it hadn’t.

Machine was down for few times, didn’t feel any reaction with my skin. Don’t know if it’s working, leave me I doubt it would change anything. Very disappointed this time, first time with another lady was good. New lady didn’t explain well just unevenly working on my face. I would not go again, not professional
