When I arrived the staff couldn't locate my booking and it was confusing for me and them, but soon it was fine and they led me to the massage room. Decoration in this place is simple. The massage bed is very narrow and high. If you are a plus size it would be very difficult to climb on the bed and stay on it. I ordered this 2-hr package, which includes approx. 20 mins back massage, approx. 20 mins facial, 5 mins eyebrow waxing, 40 mins manicure. The remaining time is just in between wait and waiting for the nail varnish to be dried in the end. I entered the salon at 10:07a.m and were able to leave before 11:55a.m. Not exactly 2 hours treatment time so you can guaranteed you can leave within 2 hours.
Back massage was ok, it wasn't strong enough. Facial was basic too, included cleansing, exfoliating, more cleansing and a light mask. Manicure was the treatment that took the longest, she was quite rough with my fingers and once or twice I had to bite my lips as she was close to cutting my fingers! In the end, one of my fingers breed a bit and she apologised.
The salon is together with a cafe next door which are run by the same people. The boss and staff are Brazilian as I could see the sign outside says Brazilian shop.
All in all, the price I paid was very good, I would return if I can find a good deal from them. The service is good too but maybe not great enough to make me a regular customer. I wish they can state clearly what a customer can get from the package, for example, I didn't know it was only a back message, not a full body massage.
It would appear you get what you pay for - the deal I received seemed to good to be true (in the price) and it was. The reception service to the therapist to the procedure was far below par. I do not expect to have to spend over 30 minutes correcting their mistake! My understanding was that the customer received the service they paid for....and didn't have to deal with the attitude/temperament of the person performing it!

This salon was fabulous. I was thrilled to be in a salon where the staff actually had a clue about hair and were not just trying to extort money out of me. I went there wanting the Brazilian blow dry and upon arrival Ozzy immediately said that would be bad for my hair and offered me the hair botox. This was amazing I loved the results and the staff was great at giving advice. My only problem was that the lady that did my hair botox kept running her glovless long nails through my hair and that concerned me a little bit
Staff great - friendly and professional, treatment good - could have been much improved with better lighting. Salon provides value for money.
