brilliant salon, will deffo come back :D love my hair and it has stayed super straight after brazilian blow dry
Lovely staff. The lady who did my Brazilian blow dry was from Brazil and did an amazing job and was extremely meticulous. I also had my nails extended (gel), which looked so good the next customer came in, looked at them and said she wanted them the same. Every effort given to ensure I was comfortable with a nice atmosphere - friendly and relaxed. I will definitely be visiting again. Fab deal and I feel great.
What can I say ...the whole experience was poor. The appointment took place late, when I queried the reason I was met with a hostile reception. The wax was too hot, the wax adhered to my skin as opposed to the hair because they didn't use talc - so had to go over the same areas several times. They then stopped abruptly to say it was over and left the room when I still had patches of hair. Completely unprofessional, on all fronts!

The manicure was Anything but luxury. The lady who did it was rough and couldn't find any of the tools or implements she required

Very disappointed. Booked a manicure and haircut and had half my manicure done with wet hair dripping all over me. My hair looked like Id been in a wind tunnel when I left. Daria who did my hair was lovely but my manicure was anything but 'luxury' as indicated.
