I had an eyebrow and upper lip wax at this salon- which was good. At the end of my treatment I was asked to pay an extra 5 pounds cancellation fee - i'm not sure if there was cross communication somewhere or if they had thought that I was someone else, I reluctantly paid this, as there was other customers in the salon and was too embarrassed to argue. For this reason I probably would not return to this salon

I had a really great Brazilian wax at Chantelle and Lewis. The salon has a great atmosphere and the staff are lovely and extremely helpful. I will definitely be going back for the same treatment.
