Chantell & Lews is a lovely salon with really lovely staff. My wax was done so well with a lot of care and attention - the therapist was always making sure I was ok! I'll definitely be going back for my next one.

Although the price was good and the staff were friendly at Chantelle & Lewis, my appointment had to be rearranged because they double-booked themselves and then when I went for my wax, my underarms got sorely burnt and ended up blistering. I went in the next day to show them what had happened and although I received a polite apology, they didn't seem overly concerned and therefore I don't think I'll go back.
