Great place, really enjoyed our stay. The massage and the scalp massage wasn't good. I didn't really enjoy those but apart from that everything went well
Having been before prior to the renovations I was expecting their to be more improvements. Sadly the ambience was not as relaxing as if have liked because it was very busy. The gym facilities aren't great, the machines are few and not all clean. Similarly the pool is not a high standard in my opinion. The food was enjoyable. My first massage was excellent but my second with someone else was not so because I had asked for her to avoid using oils in my hair and to focus on the shoulders and neck which didn't happen! I felt it was not good value for money and don't think id go back.
The day started with breakfast, which was a nice touch. The staff member who looked after us was personable and helpful. We had an allotted time for the Thalassotherapy pool but the staff member turned up 15 minutes late and, as we were already in the pool, did not give any instructions. The massage was good and the staff friendly and professional. The lunch had choice and tasted good and was well presented although the courses were both involved salad as the accompaniment and some vegetables would have been appreciated. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the relaxation room and the ambiance around the place in general. We attended a talk on makeup, which was helpful. In short we really enjoyed the day and will come again if we see a bargain advertised.
great facial,nice lunch.swimming pool lovely.pre visit contact was awful Cudn,t book time for treatments,very abrupt unhelpful staff on phone.once at venue better tho had pre selected massage when I wanted facial.prob good if reg visitor or want to buy lots of their stuff tho I failed to buy a coffe being ignored by the server.
A great experience with a superb facial and body massage. Helpful & friendly staff. Comfortable room. How could it have been better? More information on arrival to enable a novice to organise the stay to make the most of time, more signs to prevent getting lost and quicker service at dinner. All minor elements.
