Whilst the treatments I had were lovely and Hannah the therapist was top notch I found it really distracting that the bed I was on kept creaking throughout the entire treatment. I know a recent overhaul has been done on the cosmetic appearance of the spa however I think some money should be invested in new beds to avoid this as I found it very distracting! As I said though - Hannah was great and very professional.

Another lovely visit. Both therapists were efficient and easy to talk to! Wax left quite a few stray hairs, but I should have noticed at the time.
