Very disappointing. We have been to Champneys a number of times and like it but this time almost every aspect of our experience was poor. We both had treatments that were advertised as 1 hour with a gift. each treatment only lasted 45minutes and we were sent away without the advertised gift. The staff all seemed dull and I noticed one staff wearing a very grubby overall.
