I keep my nails in great condition and was treating myself to have someone else paint them for me. The member of staff did such a bad job that I’ve left feeling really disappointed and am going to take off the polish and re-do it myself at home. I asked her to neaten them up and she just made it worse. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Champneys. I feel like I’ve wasted my time and money!
