The therapist I had was good, chatty and quick so not that painful. She was very thorough, and completely put me at ease. However it does depend on which therapist you have.

It was my first visit and first waxing so was nervous a bit. The lady was amazing, she explained everything and put mymind at ease really quickly. The treatment was less painful than I expected. Beautiful facility, just one thing I would add to the room. Either a coat hanger on the wall or a small chair in the corner.
