I booked two gel nail applications at the same time for my mum and I for Mothers Day - we were greeted warmly and directed to a nice waiting area with magazines. When our technicians collected us for our treatment they were incredibly friendly and kindly seated us next to one another so that we could chat. Greta gel nails applied in record time (they mentioned being fully booked for Mothers Day weekend but we did not feel in any way rushed and the atmosphere in the spa was very clam and relaxing.) We had a really positive experience and would certainly recommend Champneys spa to anyone.
