Emily P was brill and would definitely visit more often if I knew I would always have her to do my treatments. She did a great job and made my feet look lovely. I thought there was a good choice of colours (although I would have liked a few more light shades to choose from) and the equipment was all clean and well maintained.

I had a 50 minute aromatherapy massage. When I arrived for my appointment at 11.30 I was surprised to be told my massage was not actually booked until 12, which was explained as being a problem with Treatwell’s booking. My massage was good, although the room was very cold even after I asked for the heating to be turned on, which was a shame. The massage was still very good though, and the room and waiting area seemed nice and clean. I agree with other comments that having somewhere to wait after a treatment would be helpful, I was given a glass of water afterwards which I drank standing by the tills waiting to pay, having somewhere to sit for a few minutes would have been more relaxing.
