The service is nice, could be better as sometimes when I’m getting waxed the lady forgets patches of air on my legs. Plus it a little bit overpriced in mu opinion.

The booking time was changed by Champneys. Not a big deal, it was just one hour later. However, on the past 3 bookings with Champneys, the time or day of the appointment has been changed. There is no phone call to check, just an email to inform of the amended time/ date.
Massage pressure was very very light throughout - the massage therapist did not ask for feedback or check preference early on. I would have felt awkward bringing it up / saying anything without being asked.

I have booked this treatment through treatwell 7-8 times now only once have I left happy with the result. I will be trying a different beauty salon next time
