Hannah at Champneys was fab and went very gently on my weak nails even when removing the old gels I had on there! The one thing I would say which is probably not up to the individual salon but more so Champneys is the price for gel removals is extortionate! £15 for 5 minutes to remove some gels is ridiculous and doesn't make me feel valued as a repeat customer. That said Hannah was wonderful and made me feel very pampered, even after an 8 hour flight that morning!

Still a fair bit of hair left and an awkward/uncomfortable comment by the therapist, usually very good though
