My friend had the hot stone massage, it was shorter than expected (started a bit late and finished a bit early) but enjoyable. I had the pregnancy massage which was really good.

Emma did a great pedicure - she neatened up my nails, made my feet look lovely and was chatty throughout. She handled a few minor problems very professionally and resolved everything with ease (running a couple of minutes late, my broken toenail, the polish colour I wanted was unavailable). In hindsight, I shouldn’t have chosen such a pale colour because it highlights my broken nail and to build the colour I needed lots of layers which then took a really long time to dry and I ended up smudging one of the nails. However, I would always recommend Champneys to anyone and will definitely be back.
