The massage began 5 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early, I also didn’t like that straight away after the list and prices of products used were read out to me. Personally I think there should be a 5-10 minute relax and rest period afterwards and then perhaps once dressed, finished and at the till the products could be pitched.

Carley did a great job of my pedicure. I was also really impressed with Cherrie, who jumped in to help when Carley had to help with another treatment elsewhere. Both girls are super professional, friendly and work to a high standard. My toes look great and I'm very happy with the finished result - will be back in 4 weeks for my next appointment!
