There is always a problem with the booking time between venue and Treatwell. Expecting that, I emailed Champneys to confirm and they did change the time but I still kept getting reminder messages from Treatwell for the incorrect time, so still had to ring Champneys on the day. You need to get this sorted, frustrating and time consuming so takes away from the experience. Treatment excellent and good value for money.
