Massage was very nice but i found it not ok that i paid for a 50 mins massage which is already very expensive and it was basically around 35 mins if not less as she started the massage much later...

The staff were polite and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The treatment was first class and the masseuse was very good. I felt amazing after the massage. From start to finish the service was brilliant.

Very high quality and professional treatment in a super clean and friendly environment (and they have a great range of colours available). My nails usually stay looking nice for 4 weeks with regular polish, which I think is very good value for this treatment. Saturdays are often busy but the staff here are all lovely and always go out of their way to do whatever they can for you.

Reception staff had entered the wrong time for my massage into their booking system and were unhelpful trying to resolve the issue. Actual massage was okay but had to hang around for an hour and had to reduce my massage by 30 mins.
