I was slightly disappointed with the service this time, usually it’s great. There was slight confusion from the beautician who thought I’d turned late to the appointment (30 mins) even though I had already spoken to the manger and had a voicemail earlier in the morning. Short story until I had informed her of the situation she was only going to do ‘what she had time for’. This I found very rude, and before you accuse a client of being late (without saying) you may want to find out the facts. Left a few hairs.
well it was a good experience except for the fact that they made me pay twice because they didn't check i have already paid with treatwell. At least they were nice and after explaining they refunded me.
