I go to Abby regularly for threading, I'm really picky so I always stay with the same person and she's done a great job of making sure my eyebrows have a good shape and thickness. Sometimes you get those overzealous people who thread and tweeze and trim until you have nothing left, but Abby is EXTRA meticulous and really makes sure I leave looking perfect.
Very polite and friendly - quick and efficient- great job.... I felt relaxed and in good hands... Would recommend

I always enjoy visiting Champneys day spa. Staff are friendly and helpful and great products. Treatment varies a little depending on therapist and on this occasion my treatment was good but could have been better. Would still return in the future.

Nice welcome from staff at reception. They fitted me in at late notice which was great. Just such a shame that the facial was a bit of a let down. The products just didn't seem that special and the facial was kind of boring. I'm used to the beautician taking the opportunity to perhaps massage the neck or arms when waiting for a mask to set but the product would go on she'd just sit there till it was done take it off switch it with another, snore! She did offer me a head massage which was an extremely pointless 2 1/2 minutes of playing with my hair. Not helped by the fact that her nails were very long so presumably she was having to be careful not to scratch me. Surely long nails are not allowed for hygiene reasons? The problem is I was bought 2 facials as a gift so now I have to go back but I'm not really looking forward to it.
