This was my first time at the spa and I'll definitely be back. The staff are friendly and the shop is worth a browse if you're early. I booked a head in the clouds massage without properly reading what I was booking but as I'd been suffering from lower back ache the therapist worked on that rather than the top of my back and shoulders which I was incredibly thankful for.
Tip: if booking a tint remember to pop in beforehand for a patch test. I didn't which meant I had to come back for the second part of my treatment but I had no problem booking it.

I absolutely love Champneys in Guildford, the venue is lovely and the staff are always so wonderful, helpful and professional. I have been for the head in the clouds massage three times now, twice with the same therapist who was fantastic. The last time I went for this treatment however I found the therapist was a little lazy and rubbed the same place over and over with too much force - I was quite sore for a few days after and did not leave feeling like my head was in the clouds! Having said that I did take my mum for the same treatment and she was absolutely over the moon with the service, as an I usually.
