Potentially the worst experience at a spa I have ever had. Booked a 30 minute treatment which then transpired to 25 yet from being collected from the waiting room to leaving I was in the building for 23 minutes including getting dressed/undressed.
I complained and Champneys had shocking customer service and didn’t even apologise until my third email.
Luckily treatwell were supportive and refunding the payment but Champneys were nothing but unprofessional and terrible customer service.

The beautician was awkward and rushed, I’ve had Brazilian waxes since I was 16 and this was a very painful one. The girl didn’t talk a lot and when I asked if she could do smaller strips because it was quit painful she ignored me. I don’t feel like she was very aware or considerate of my discomfort and her technique was very poor. The wax lasted less than 1 week.
