Extremely professional approach. I was pleasantly surprised when my beautician used hot wax for my bikini area: it was easy quick and almost painless (as we all know how sensitive the skin is down there.) Highly recommended!

Another pleasant visit to Champneys, staff were lovely and my skin feels great now.
Not 5 stars because the waxer missed a couple of bits but overall for the price I'm happy.
