I booked my luxury manicure for 2.30pm. I got a call at 11.30am saying can I change to 12.20pm. I double checked the time with the receptionist saying this was very soon and I'd have to change my plans. She said she's sorry but they can only fit my longer treatment in at that time. So I changed my plans and went there at 12.20pm, only to be told that it was changed to 2.20pm. So I came back later (luckily I could) and had my manicure. Which was lovely until the end when the therapist put the last coat on and said 'there that's you done thanks very much'. My nails were still wet. When I said this she advised that I be very careful putting my coat on! I asked if I could sit anywhere until they dried, she seamed surprised I'd even ask that. So I did for 10 minutes. Left and of course during my journey home a few of the nails got smudged. Why don't you have drying facilities or sprays or allow people to stay until they are dry? Complete waste of money.
This was my first ever Hollywood wax so I was a little nervous- Kay my beautician was really friendly and made me feel relaxed. The treatment was over in 15 mins and wasn't that painful either! Would definitely go back again.
