This was my second visit to Champney's and I had a very good experience. My waxing was quick and thorough, and the spa is very clean and pleasant to be in. I'll be back!

Last time I went, the staff member was really nice, friendly, and she took me in on time. However, that is rarely the case. I am always going in 5 minutes before my appointment and I have to wait around 15 minutes just until they take me in. When they finally do, usually staff is borderline rude and while they do their job fine, they are not very thorough.

I wasn't very pleased as I had booked in to see my usual senior therapist,and when I arrived I had to see another one,as she was off sick,they didnt take the time to ring me,as I would have changed my appointment.
