I wasn't very pleased as I had booked in to see my usual senior therapist,and when I arrived I had to see another one,as she was off sick,they didnt take the time to ring me,as I would have changed my appointment.

The place was nice and clean but the customer service was not as good as I was expecting, the lady could have been more polite and accommodating. The gel nails manicure was ok. Hopefully this only applies to the lady who did my nails.
