Very accommodating and changed my appointment time for me. Chatted through what she was doing - very friendly and put me at ease. Felt comfortable. All in all a good treatment.

The overall spa has a nice ambience but the treatment room itself seemed a bit clinical and bare. I would feel more comfortable if they provided a towel/cover at the beginning of the session.

The gel manicure was generally good, the therapist quick and efficient but I don't think the last couple of nails (which are painted individually) were left long enough under the UV lamp as the gel on one of them lifted later that day and the top layer came off.
