I decided to treat myself for my holiday and get some eyelash extensions done, as I never go for beauty treatments. Although the lady who did my eyelashes was pleasant enough, I was immediately preturbed by the fact that she didn't remove any of my eye make up first to then apply the lashes, instead simply combing out the worst of my mascara and applying over the top. All in all the treatment only took 20 minutes, half the time stated and thus felt rushed. Although I was happy with the end result, even on the first night they started falling out, despite the fact that I didn't use any oil based products and went as far as using a cotton bud to remove my eye make up. By the time I actually left for holiday 3 days later they had pretty much all fallen out. I was so disappointed as I really never treat myself and would certainly never recommend others to get their eyelashes done here.

Very very happy with tan! I had Sally and it was two days before my wedding! Wasn't orange at all - even next to my white dress! Pictures look great! Thanks again Champneys!

The facility, the staff and the value cannot be argued with. Everything is clean and you can see all of the equipment be cleaned/sprayed/soaked in front of you. The staff are always friendly and punctual, coming to collect you from the waiting area on time and always asking if they can get you a drink. Through treatwell, you can book a pedicure for an absolute bargain! £19 reduced from £40 is a fab deal and definitely worth getting up early for. My only criticism from my treatment today was that although I have come away really happy with my pedicure, impressed with the range of colours and pleased with the overall experience, I booked a luxury pedicure for 50 minutes and my treatment only lasted 35 minutes. I think she forgot to file the dead skin from one of my feet and was really quick at painting my nails (she did a great job). Overall, I can't complain as I've come away a happy customer and will be sure to book again.
