Played music which was offensive. Stylist was not gently at all and repeatedly would pull hair and snap hair off. Wash was very painful repeated scalding water even after being told. Ripped foils out instead of opening them. Paid for treatment and was put on hair for 2 mins and washed straight out. Stylist would not listen as to how I wanted layers and just did a standard job.

My two boys had their hair cut at Chameleon on Abbeville road last Sunday. Quiet day at the salon in early January. Hugh and his assistant took good care of the boys. They washed their hair and gave them good haircuts. Hugh was particularly meticulous, making sure they came out looking their best.
