I booked a hollywood hot wax & full leg wax from 2:15-3:20. The person waxing didn't realize I had booked both bikini and legs and at around 2:50 complained we were out of time and she had another client and kept rushing, however my appointment was until 3:20.
She waxed in the wrong direction and then complained the hair wasn't coming up. She was also rushing. When I specifically watched she slowed down and it waxed fine. I had to wax myself at home after because there was so much hair left.
